Donut screen for 616B (with handle)

Each new 616B fryer (or Cut-N-Fry) is supplied with 2 of these! They are supremely comfortable to hold and can be used as a submerger if needed occasionally. Just lay the screen on top of the product and leave it there.

Perfect for cake donuts, and other products made from batter. But be careful when ordering these for proofing and frying yeast raised donuts! If this screen with handles will fit in your proofer, that is fine. The handle extends out from the screen by 6 inches, making the total length of the screen with handle 21 inches (533 mm). Also the handle extends upward from the screen by 3½ inches (89 mm). Decide in advance whether they will fit into your proofer.
